Our heart is to see every child learn more about Jesus, go deeper in their knowledge, understanding and relationship with Him and of course have lots of fun and make some amazing friends along the way.

Hope Kids is the children’s ministry at C3 Hope, Sheffield. Our Sunday programs are tailor-made for each of our different age groups to capture the attention of all our children aged 1-11 years old.

Hope Kids FAQs

If you are new to our church you can fill in our ‘NEW PERSON FORM’ to get the important information ready to go for Sunday.

On Sundays we have both a self check in desk and a manned station ready to get your child signed in. Either type in your details or tell one of the team and you will receive your child’s sticker for the service. These desks are open 30 minutes before each service and close 5 minutes after the main service begins.

Yes they can, please let us know any support we can give you and your child to enjoy our kids program. We want to make each group accessible for all and in each of our groups we have ‘calm corners’ and toys if your child needs a space away from the kids service. If your child may struggle in bigger groups or may need one-to-one care we kindly ask if a parent or guardian stays to help support their learning.

DBS

All our team are DBS checked and we have safeguarding procedures that are regularly updated, including a secure signing in and collection process. We also support children with additional needs, so please get in touch if you have any questions or would like any further information.

Age Groups

Our Kids ministry is split into FOUR different age groups, each one enjoying praise and worship, stories, play, craft, and engaging Bible teaching. There are lots of opportunities to discover more about a relationship with Jesus, to make friends and have lots of fun.

Explorers

1 - 3 years

Our early years session is full of play, interactive story times and worship. We are passionate about getting to know Jesus, learning to pray and worship and becoming familiar with bible stories and how they fit together to make God’s Big Rescue Plan!
(A parent or guardian will be required to stay with the child during the service).

Adventurers

4 - 5 years

As these kids are getting ready to start their school journey, these sessions are the perfect balance of play and learning. The team make each bible story fun and interactive to keep these active imaginations engaged. With lots of hands on learning, energetic worship and fun activities our children get a passion to hear God’s word.

Pioneers

6 - 8 years

This is a fun, interactive multimedia experience you are not going to want your kids to miss! These sessions are led from the front by an energetic team of leaders and include crazy games, competitions, fun worship times, memory verse games and an amazing Jesus centred teaching section using visual aids and props that are super engaging for our young people! We are passionate about kids encountering the love of Jesus, growing in their relationship with him.

Trailblazers

9 - 11 years

Our preteens enjoy deeper moments in both worship and the Word. These sessions are bible based with links to every day life to help equip them for their daily walk with Jesus, no matter what trials come their way. There is lots of time for fun, questions and discussions to delve into what the bible says on many different questions of life.
