We are inviting you to join our C3 Hope Staff Team and play a part in building the local church together. We are excited to announce two key opportunities to support the life, ministry, and mission of our church. These roles include our Kids Admin Assistant (supporting the administration and organisation of our Kid's Ministry) and Building & Facilities Co-ordinator (helping us to care for and develop our building and facilities).
Each role is an important part of creating an environment where our staff, volunteers and wider community can flourish. From caring for our spaces and supporting our ministries to helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, your contribution will have a meaningful impact.

Kids Admin Assistant
Position Type: Part-time employed role (fixed term 6 months contract).

We are seeking an organised, reliable and enthusiastic Kids Admin Assistant to support the practical and administrative running of the Hope Kids Ministry.
In this role, you will work closely with the Kids Pastors focusing on coordinating administration, communication, events and resources to help create a welcoming and safe environment where children can encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships and actively engage in church life. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of weekly Kids Church activities, maintaining records, and databases, preparing resources, communicating with families, volunteers, and assisting with special events throughout the year whilst building a team to support the Hope Kids Ministry.

Building & Facilities Co-ordinator
Position Type: Part Time Employed role.
(22.5 hours per week)

We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Building & Facilities Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day management, maintenance and future development of the Hope Centre.
This role focuses on coordinating facilities administration, building projects, maintenance activities, contractors, compliance actions and building-user requests. You will play a key role in ensuring the Hope Centre remains safe, welcoming, well-maintained and equipped to support the growing needs of the church, conference facilities and wider community.
If you are highly organised, enjoy managing systems and processes, and have a passion for bringing structure and coordination to a buys and varied environment, we would love to hear from you! All candidates must have an awareness of church context, understanding the practical needs of a church facility and conferencing/ community centre used for ministry, internal and external events and outreach.
