Development Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: £29,500-£32,500 (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Manager to join the Senior Management Team at The Hope Community Foundation.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the operations and development of our enterprise and outreach projects and programs, playing an essential role in advancing The Hope Centre's vision as a thriving community asset. Reporting to the HCF Development Director, you will manage project leads across various departments and ensure our activities meet targets, while driving growth in awareness, engagement, effectiveness, and impact. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainability and future growth of The Hope Centre.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated individual with strong leadership and organisational skills. You will be an excellent team player, capable of overseeing multiple projects and departments while maintaining an eye for detail and a passion for community development.
As Development Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to oversee community engagement efforts, lead the fundraising strategy, manage departmental budgets, and ensure effective implementation of all policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing new service opportunities and ensuring that current projects continue to achieve their goals. Pastoral Care Lead
Position Type: Part-Time (22.5 hours/week)
Salary Range: £24,250-£27,000 (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking a brilliant individual to join our staff team as our new Pastoral Care Lead! This is a unique opportunity for a leader with a passion for people and a desire to make a meaningful impact to take on a pivotal role within our church, shaping and overseeing the pastoral care at C3 Hope.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Pastoral Care: Lead and develop the systems that support and address the pastoral needs of our congregation.
- Develop and Empower Teams: Identify, develop, and lead a thriving pastoral care team, ensuring they are well-equipped to support and nurture our church members.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and ministry teams to create and implement comprehensive pastoral care pathways that are integrated into every aspect of church life.
- Crisis Care and Significant Life Event Coordination: Provide compassionate leadership during significant life events and crises, ensuring timely and appropriate support for our church community.
